Service Description

This Course is the introductory level of Reiki and is the first Reiki level. It is the first Reiki level, Reiki First Degree, often called Reiki Level 1, or Usui Reiki Level 1, or Usui Reiki First Degree, or Usui Reiki. Usui Reiki Level 1 foundation course is suitable for beginners. No previous Reiki experience is required for you to attend this course. Reiki Level 1, Usui Reiki Frist Degree is for you if you want to learn Reiki for yourself. Usui Reiki level 1, Reiki First Degree is also for you if you feel you may want to set up a Reiki Practice to treat others (as well as yourself and friends and family), after going on to complete the Reiki Level 2. (Reiki Level 2 is also called Usui Reiki Second Degree, or Second Degree Usui Reiki, or Usui Reiki Practioner Level). Usui Reiki Level 1 Course Attunement - You will be attuned to the Usui Reiki Level 1, Usui Reiki First Degree energy - you will be able to give & receive Reiki energy to yourself and others. - You will be given an introduction to Usui Reiki - You will learn the history of Usui Reiki - You will learn Reiki hand positions for treating yourself - You will learn Reiki hand positions for treating others - You will learn Japanese Reiki techniques as taught by Dr.Usui. - Introduction to meditation & continued support - Aura scanning, enables you to detect where Reiki is needed You wil have plenty of Reiki practise time You will do a guided healing meditation You will receive my & my Reiki Masters Level I Course manual . You will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate upon successful completion of this course. Coffee/Tea breaks are included.
